I've received an email saying my order is delayed or has been cancelled, but I still have questions. What do I do?

On rare occasions, there might be delays or cancellations with an order. In such cases, we make every effort to notify you promptly and provide you with all available information. However, there may be instances where we do not have all the details ready to share with you at the time of notification. For instance, we may not have the new expected delivery date for a delayed order or the exact date for processing a refund in the case of a cancelled order.
