The item I received is broken or damaged, what should I do?

The item I received is faulty.

When the item you received is faulty on arrival, we recommend checking the user manual (again). Hopefully you can fix the issue and start using the item right away instead of returning the item and wait for the reorder.
The user manual should be in the box with the item.
