What will happen if I am not around when the carrier comes to deliver my parcel?
All items within the UK should be signed for, we will not leave any items without a signature.
Our carriers will attempt to deliver on 3 consecutive days. If you have received a card notification that we have tried to deliver, please contact our customer service.
If you are unlikely to be at home to accept your delivery, it is possible to choose an alternative delivery date or delivery address in the United Kingdom while ordering. This could be a work address or a home address.
Please note: Items that state "shipped directly from supplier", the shipment is carried out directly by the supplier. These can collaborate with other logistics partners, which can lead to different processes around absence.
