I received an email that says: "We’ve saved your basket", but there are no items in my basket. Why?
Typically, you'd expect to receive this email from us when you have left items in your cart without finalising your purchase. Occasionally, you may receive this email even if there are no longer any items in your cart.
If you tend to shop using various email addresses, accounts, or across different devices or web browsers, there are instances where the shopping basket with items in it might only be saved on a different account, browser, or device. As a result, it may appear empty when you click on the email.
We recognise that this can be frustrating. If you experience this situation, you can unsubscribe from these reminders at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of these emails, as indicated below. Simply uncheck the box for "Personal recommendations" and click "Save preferences."
