Description
To comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA), all personal details entered in accident report books must be kept confidential. This accident report book has been redesigned to meet the regulations with individual accident report forms which can be removed and stored securely.
Under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations from 1981, it is recommended that records of all cases treated in the workplace should be made and kept in a safe place, for example alongside first aid equipment. They should always be available. This book is your recording device, so you should keep it in a safe readily accessible place as recommended in the Regulations.
