Viking reserve the right to refuse the return of products in scenarios where as-described, undamaged, or low value products are regularly being returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We may apply limits to your account if you frequently return certain products or low value items.
Items purchased as part of an offer or bundle must be returned complete with all items that were part of the original bundle. If you are seeking replacements for only part of the bundle, our customer services team will be able to help via live chat.
Any free items received as gifts or as part of a promotion must be returned if the items that qualified for the free gift are being returned.
